Environmental Management System

Nubian Nigeria is committed to the continual improvement of its environmental performance and prevention of pollution in all its activities, products, and services. We are proud to be ISO 14001:2015 certified and to be able to say that we are truly committed to making a positive impact on the environment. 

In order to achieve our environmental objectives, we have set up an Environmental Management System which complies with the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001:2015. The system is designed to help us control the environmental aspects of our operations and to continually improve our environmental performance. It covers all of our activities, products, and services.

We recognize that our activities can have an impact on the environment and we are committed to minimizing that impact. We will do this by preventing pollution, reducing waste and consumption of resources, and promoting sustainable development.

We will achieve our environmental objectives by:

• Complying with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations
• Minimizing waste through the use of efficient processes and recycling where possible
• Reducing our consumption of energy, water and other resources
• Promoting sustainable development in all our activities
• Educating our employees, contractors and clients about our environmental policies and procedures
• Encouraging our employees, contractors and clients to minimise their impact on the environment
• Monitoring and reviewing our environmental performance on a regular basis

ISO 14001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard that sets out the requirements for an Environmental Management System. It helps organizations to control their environmental impact and to continually improve their environmental performance.

Quality Management Systems

At Nubian Nigeria, client and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide our clients and customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations. That is why quality control is of the utmost importance to us and goes into everything that we do; from providing services within budget to ensuring they are done on time and defect-free. 

We are proud that our organization has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, which is an internationally recognized standard for quality assurance. This means we’ve put in extensive effort into ensuring every step of our production process leads up to a final product or service with high levels upon completion. 

In order to continuously achieve our quality objectives, we have set up a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The system is designed to help us control the quality of our operations and to continually improve our performance. It covers all of our activities, products, and services.

This system provides a framework that has been perfected in measuring and improving our product and service performance. It also helps ensure that we consistently meet our clients’ and customers’ requirements.

Our business’ number one priority is customer satisfaction. To continuously improve and provide the best product possible, we have put into place the following systems: 

• Setting measurable quality business objectives which reflect our business aims. 
• A system that monitors and records customer feedback in order to make necessary changes or improvement
• Reviewing our quality objectives and performance at least once a year to ensure they are still relevant and that we are achieving them
• Providing training for our employees so that they have the necessary skills to carry out their tasks effectively and meet customer’s quality requirements
• Having procedures in place for dealing with complaints from customers in a speedy, effective, and fair manner
• Vetting and performance reviews of potential suppliers to ensure they align with company standards

At Nubian Nigeria, we take safety seriously. In order to protect our clients’ and customers’ interests, as well as our own, we have put in place a robust risk management system which complies with the requirements of the international standard ISO 31000. This system helps us to identify, assess, and control risks that could potentially have a negative impact on our business. 

Being a leading player in the Nigerian oil and gas industry, we understand the importance of minimizing risks. By having a system in place, we can be proactive in managing risks, rather than reactive.
